First thing about that is; don’t get a birth certificate! That IS signing your children over to the state. Also notice on your very own birth certificates how they make us all bastards automatically (they revert back to the mom’s maiden name and not to her now married name, making the child a bastard).

If you look up the birth that he refers to via a ship, it is properly spelled berth not birth.
